These all sound yummy, would like to try some! In the mornings I make this smoothie 1-frozen banana 1/2 scoop chocolate slimfast 1/2 TB peanut butter 1 cup skim milk Tastes just like an ice cream shake but a little less than 300 calories- great for a breakfast on the run
