  • i have the fitbit one and my husband has the flex. I love it and love that it syncs to fitness pal. you can also hook up with friends on there and see how your steps match up to theirs...(my competetive side loves that!!!)

  • February for me is a rough month...my birthday is next week and for some reason my subconcious feels like I should celebrate alllllllll month long.....monday might be quite a wake up call for me....
