I need to purchase a new pedometer and would like your input please!
I would like one that will sync to my phone and also to My Fitness Pal.
I need to carry it in my pocket.
I would like to have steps, distance, calories and history available
i am open to everyone's advice as I think it is better to visit with someone who has actually used one.
I thank you for your help!
Have a great Saturday!!

Do you have a "smart phone"? If so, just get an app that does what you are looking for. Otherwise, I see alot of people excited about their "Fitbit". It's like a watch you wear and it tracks and logs, etc.0

Hi Mule, I did try a couple apps on my phone but they seemed to run my battery down a lot!! I might look into the fitbit to see how it works.
Thanks for helping!!0 -

I have a Fitbit and I LOVE IT!!! I use the one that clips in my pocket.
I set my weight loss to 0.5 pounds per week on sedentary and then let Fitbit add activity calories for me. It definitely motivates me to move because my calorie goal is only 1370 without exercise and I want to eat more than that! I generally end up eating 1400-1600 per day.
Oh, and this one syncs to MFP and makes life easy!0 -
I just got a fitbit one and I love it. It is one that just clips to your bra or pants or whatever. Very easy to use and sync to phone mfp.0

I have a BodyMedia FIT but that is more of an activity tracker which measures your TDEE.0
