Next challenge
Before we wrap up this challenge, I would like to propose a new challenge. Since several of us are at or close to goal weight, the weight loss component becomes less relevant. I'm thinking along the lines of a workout challenge. Workouts can be measured in calories, time worked out per week, days worked out per week, etc.…
Off Topic - but need help
I am needing help! I have had a couple nights of Restless Leg Syndrome - very uncomfortable. I have had a "touch" of it since a car wreck, but nothing like these two nights. I really do not want to go on any more medicine - can anyone give me suggestions for what I can do? Thanks so much!!

I finally bought myself a new suit yesterday. Waist size down to 38 (started at 52). It felt really good. Also, my kids dared me to try on my son's shorts (he's 13). It didn't quite "fit" but it went on.
