I'm claiming a half pound loss (and I had to squint), considering an unfortunate weekend I'll take it. I have one pound left and it is by far the hardest pound to lose, it's like gum on my shoe!! I insist on making my goal by the 4th. Since my hip is recovering my plan is put a few more miles in on the treadmill, that has the biggest effect by far on my progress. I could not have done this without running.
Hard to believe we are almost finished with this challenge. I've seen Shaky and now Shmu hit their century marks during these challenges--that is just remarkable to me and really encouraging. Shmu's latest before/after shot is fantastic--check it out.
Dearannna and AZ0310 have blown through their goals and are proceeding onward--congrats on a great loss!!
For those who have stuck with it (there are a few of us left), way to go! Two weeks left--keep going!!

Wow, almost one year and I hit 100lbs down but still a lot to go. But I am so happy, I can't believe I did it. It has been a long battle with lots of times of wanting to give up and give in to temptations.

Down a pound this week. Its been a stressful week (daughter driving from california to OKC by herself) good thing Im not a stressful eater. Hopefully the weight will come off at at a faster face now that she's back home and staying with us until she gets a job and settled. She's really into eating healthy and exercising, so maybe it will rub off on me. Today we are joining the gym.0

Leaving on a cruise tomorrow but have got my weight down to 127.5. Goal for this week on the cruise is to not gain! Won't have free Internet access so will be keeping a paper food log while I'm gone.0
