I'm in my birthday is the day before Vday and I would love to be at my ultimate goal by then... current weight 150 goal weight 143 a pound a week...I can do this....

I think as long as it is the same time everytime it is fine...I choose to weigh myself in the morning right after I get up

thank goodness for the rest day today...spent the morning shoveling snow and will be shoveling more tonight after the plow finally comes through...damn snowblower broke...:(

did my 50 today with a 40# child on my back... I work with children and they are all excited to get their turns on the playground to get their piggyback ride while I do my squats!!!

Is anyone else planning on weighing in early for the week? like Thursday morning before the turkey day festivities begin or is it just me...I don't feel like it is cheating but it is taking a little bit of pressure off of me for my usual Friday morning weigh in....just wondering!!!

pleasantly surprised at my weigh in today= 154.2 had an up and down week, can't shake this cold and it's that TOM. however I guess I will take a 3 lb loss and see what happens this week! Good Luck everyone!!!!
