Running is actually very bad for you. yes you sweat a lot and it get's your heart racing but it's very bad for you joints, bones and brain. it jolts everything around and hurts you more so the eliptical is better.

I haven't made my calorie thing once since i've been on here, i've always been under, and I snack too. I just can't seem to eat as much as they want me to. My doctor told me that that's a good thing because You should only eat when you're hungry and if it's under the calorie goal and i'm full then there's no risks.

I work out a lot every day for 2 hours. I do 45 minutes of Jackknives, 30 minutes of running, torso twists, 30 rowing squats, 20 minutes of yoga & then 20 minutes of random cardio.

I'm one of those people who spends a lot of time wiping down the machine before I use it because I'm scared of getting other people's sweat on me XD

I'm having the same problems. I can't help but hate it, but my mother says that some days you hit a peak but eventually it will go down again :)

my sudgestion is to weigh your self with your scale a day before you go to the doctors and then when you're at the doctors ask if they can weigh you then compare. They doctors scale is better than your home one, so if it's only off by a pound or two then you know what to deduct or add :)

I have very high blood pressure because of stress and because i'm so stressed i've been told if I don't get it down I could have a stroke…
