See, the difference between me and you is that you look good being 35. I looked like butt looking 35 lol

Whenever I remember lol. I used to be obsessed with weighing myself a few times a day but now I *try* to do it once a week. I forget a lot of times though.

So I totally just tried to put my size 26's on with both my legs in the same leg of the jeans. I also totally busted my *kitten* rofl. I did do it though. Just had to stand still and not be stupid trying to walk.

I used to have a reward system that involved food rewards. It worked great for me too. It was always something small like coffee cup cake with Nutella or a slice of pizza, etc. Now my rewards are things like clothes, having my nails done and things like that. I don't really buy clothes though... I have a ton of friends…

Mainly just by eating less, eating the right things, not eating when I'm not hungry and exercising. I was eating an average of 5,000-7,000 calories a day so I think a big part of it was just not doing that anymore. I'm also WAYYYYY more active than I was before losing the weight because I absolutely love going out and…

Thanks, everyone. :) It's nice to know that some people are being inspired. That's what keeps me going as well.

Thank you! I'm 25 so I'm glad to actually look my age instead of like a sickly 35 year old rofl

Nahhhh. The hard part will be beating people off you with a stick. I don't know if it's just me but I get pretty grossed out by a lot of the food I used to eat, especially the quantities. I get a little nauseated if I drive by McDonald's and can smell the fries sometimes too. We both know it'll always be somewhat of a task…

I'm stupid amounts of proud of myself. I don't think I've ever taken more pride in any other accomplishment in my life. I'm just happy that I get to share this with others now. I'm in school right now and am aiming to become a life coach/psychologist to help others with eating disorders. It feels amazing to see/feel my…

I've been getting tons of messages all day and I just can't reply to all of them. Soooo here's my advice and how I did it. I just stuck to my calories that I was allowed and spent a lot of time working on myself and a LOT of time in therapy to figure out why I ate so much. I can't really offer much more than that because,…

When I was actually logging everything, I would pre-log sometimes but mostly on days when I was going to have one meal that wasn't what I would usually have. It made it so that I knew what I could eat throughout the day and still enjoy my night without thinking I was doing something I shouldn't be.

Yeah... I sort of feel like a sugar glider sometimes because of my arms lol. I didn't really set out to lose that much that quick but it happened that way and I'm okay with that. Eventually I'll probably end up having surgery to remove the excess skin from my arms and stomach but I won't even be getting a consult until I'm…

Congratulations on your first pound lost! You're well on your way.

I mean, it actually does make a difference. I've noticed I might have weighed 2lbs heavier if I ate pizza or something the night before and I'd weigh less if I did a water fast or ate small amounts. Buuuuuut it's not measuring fat, just water and extra poop and stuff. So it didn't matter enough to be worth it for me.

I used to eat very little the day before I weighed myself. I stopped worrying about it as much now and just eat normally. The number on the scale will be about the same each week depending on what you do the day before so there's no sense in trying to 'trick' it to say a smaller number. It just made me cranky the day I…

I was just about to come in here and ask if my what is sexy? lol

All I can say is take it one day at a time. I always set myself up for failure in the past because I told myself I'd never be able to eat smaller amounts and healthier things forever. I started telling myself I didn't have to do it forever and that I just had to do it today. The next day I'd do the same thing. Now I can't…

I said the same thing to someone earlier this year. At the time, I didn't believe I'd ever actually be able to post it. Just take it one day at a time and remember that the only thing dictating if you succeed or don't is your own mindset. :)

I'm pretty excited about getting that done. I'm waiting until my divorce is final so that I can just have my last name changed on it at the same time though. That's one other thing; My entire life has changed because of the ONE choice I made to get myself healthier. I wanted to start doing different things and exploring…

Same for you! You've come a long way since we met as well!! and lol I love knowing I have a collar bone. I mean, I always knew it was there but I never saw it or anything. Now if only I could figure out how to stop poking it when I'm just sitting around lmao

I'm a Case Specialist in the workers comp division of a healthcare company. It sounds fancier than it is. All I do is look at faxes on a computer screen and figure out if there is a request for something that needs to be pre-authorized and then figure out if I need to file it or send it somewhere else.

I'm in Tampa.

WRINKLY! That's the word I was looking for earlier to explain the surface of my skin lol. Thanks. It's basically a little wrinkly like I'm dehydrated when I'm not.
-
Thanks so much! I actually did start using lotion a couple weeks ago every day after my shower. Do you know if firming lotions are worth the money or if regular lotion or cocoa butter is sufficient?
-
Ohhhhhh and my belly button has always had a stupid fancy mustache thing going on with the fat above it. That part doesn't really seem like extra skin since it doesn't do the same weird surface fold thing other parts do. It's just there to keep me classy.
-
I just wasn't sure if I should step up the strength training. I'm not sure why I thought that would make a real difference on my skin though haha. And yeah, it's definitely working and working well. I should be under 200lbs soon and I can't even remember what it's like to be 100 something. If anything, the possibility of…

This is what I'm talking about on my stomach. Sorry for the crappy picture. See the dimples though and how the skin sort of hangs weird? Any chance that'll go away because it's just fat or does it look like just skin?
-
HAHA That's awesome. A good friend and I have a zombie survival plan just for ****s and giggles. It includes me losing weight so I can run away from them faster and get through smaller spaces.

You have a small spark growing inside you now. That's why you're here, I'm guessing. I guess just ask yourself this: Would you rather put in a crap ton of hard work now and have the body you've always wanted a year from now orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr continue to lack motivation and be in the same place (or heavier) a year from…
