Muscle Milk costs more but I have been pleasantly pleased with the results. It tastes great and I use it to make smoothies.

If you want it you have to go after it, with passion. How bad do you want weight loss? On the exercise front I do something like this and if you did something similar with good eating you WOULD get results. Go to the gym in the morning. Take a group class like Zumba, BodyPump, etc. That's an hour. Then hit the treadmill…

Just my 2 cents. Fit looks healthy and amazing. Skinny looks like the person has a disease. For me it's quite cut and dry. Best of luck with your decision.

Do men do it? It does look fun and it looks like it would be a great calorie burn. I have no interest being a creep if Zumba is a woman only thing. Honestly I would only be there for the workout...... (and the occasional glance maybe. LOL)

From what I have learned I can burn about 1000 calories/hour doing fairly vigorous exercise. (or there abouts) So 30 minutes for you would be about 450 or so I would guess. You would be a little less than me because it looks like I might weigh a bit more than you and weight a huge factor. If I only burned 300/hour doing…
