Hello Everyone! I justed joined and I am really excited. I really am motivated and I am going to take it one day at a time. I plan on starting Monday but I am trying to plan ahead and get prepared with grocery, food diary, etc. I wish everyone the best of luck and I will chat with you soon!:bigsmile:
