Well MFP says you net 10,360 calories a week, so you may actually eat more because you are eating back exercise calories. With zig zagging you do not eat you are not eating your exercise calories so you are probably netting less. MFP- net calories not total consumed This- total consumed

Well if the government isn't writting your marriage contract you do it yourself. You determine how you your property is dispersed upon dissolution of the marriage. It's really simple actually.

Make your diary public. "One meal" and "snacks" mean different things to different people. For some a meal is 500 calories and a snack is an apple, for others there isnt a huge difference in the two.

Along with what others have said, survey the whole spread before you get in line to make your plate. Load up on veggies and lean meat and pick one thing to indulge on. There is another website that has pictures of real people, you chose your height and weight and you see different all the different people that sent in pics that weigh the same at the same height. I think it's cool because the people look so different and the point there is no magic number.
