I was able to wrap the bath towel all the way around myself for the first time in years! That is the first thing I have noticed since starting my journey...even my clothes aren't much looser. I am very pleased!

I was 15% off...smaller than I think I am. This makes me feel good even though the measurements did not (first time I did measurements).
