Thank you so much for all the quick advice! I will def get a HRM asap! My treadmill obviously had a counter on it and the gazelle does not so I just used MFP calories burned for an elliptical. I will now knock off some of the estimate and maybe that will make it a little more accurate until I get the elliptical and HRM.
