I do EA Active for the Wii, which is similar and have also been logging it in as the Wii Fit beginner-advanced intensity depending on what I do. I am hoping to see some more stuff pop up since whenever I search for the strengthening exercises they don't come up.

It's def. a BMI thing. I agree with a previous poster-set that as an ultimate goal, but use 180 and 160 as milestones. It will make it a lot easier!

I feel you. I'll be doing really well..then my Fiance brings home ice cream, and soda, and just junk! then I eat/drink it too because it's all we have. Definitely don't buy it!
