I just saw this challenge and I'm ready to join even though it's the 13th of the month. I'm thinking I'll see better results if I can just ignore the brain telling me it's time to have a snack after 8 p.m. Mind over matter, for sure.

Hi, 1200 calories a day is do-able, but it takes a lot of planning. I'm in the same place you are, and so I've reduced the amount of dairy, and red meat that I would normally eat.
