Spaghetti and meatballs and re-enact the noodle scene from Lady and the Tramp! You are a sweet person for making a special meal on Valentine's Day!

I would like to try 50. I'll research the tickers too! Thanks! 1.96 miles yesterday! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I found that my clothing made a difference! I was showing my husband and was wearing a loose sweater and dress pants and the hoop just headed for the ground. I tried the next day (in sweats) and I was able to keep the hoop going for 4 minutes! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

Will they allow you to use a stability ball instead of a regular chair at work? That helps the core muscles. Just a thought.

I love fresh peas and cucumbers! I love your name. I saw it and said, "Frootloops, Mmmmmmm."

What I've done is estimate what portion I did use. So, a tablespoon = 3 teaspoons, if the portion you used was less than a tablespoon, then you used .5, .33 or .75 or whatever of that portion. I had to use a conversion chart and went from there. Hope this helps!

I post my food to MFP and also my excercise activity. I like the fitbit because it gives me the steps I've taken, my activity (or not!) level and sleep. I like the combo very much! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I really like my fitbit. I sync with MFP because of the food choices and I also log significant exercise on MFP. I love the sleep feature and the fact that it tracks all the walking I do. I accidentally left it on the charger when I went out on Saturday and my husband and I joked that it might start calling me, asking if I…

I have OA in my knees and my Orthopaedic specialist said that biking is good. I've been able to work on my Schwinn Airdyne for 30 minutes almost every morning. I also can use the handles for an upper body workout too!

Travel with a resistance band! That's something you can do while watching TV. I used to travel a lot and needed to unwind and didn't have a bunch of time to get to a gym.

What a fun way to exercise. I'm really not into the extreme workouts - shred, etc.

Same experience as the other posters. Loose stools and worry about what may happen in the end. I'd say just watch what you're eating and move!
-
Keep the wonderful salad, but add grilled chicken or some lean meat - seriously a crowd pleaser!

Done. Very nice picture.

Maybe take *gasp* a day off? Schedule a massage and give your body a nice gift. It may be what you need to perk yourself up. You probably deserve a nice massage. No, I'm not a massage therapist!

A little water before I exercise, water during exercise. Cup of coffee afterwards, breakfast later. I haven't been able to eat before working out. Do what works for you.

Good for you! I have found that moving is a good thing! Keep up your terrific work! Feel free to add me if you want someone on your cheering squad! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I use snack bags and load those with the right amount and they are ready to go. Great idea and easy to throw in a lunch bag or purse!

I've been doing this since December. I've lost 4 pounds so far, but am not worried. My pants are looser, I have more energy and my stomach isn't as pronounced. The weight will come off. How are your measurements? Have you firmed up? That may be what is happening. I know that my weight crept up on me and it won't leave…

Vypeters - You are beautiful! I just think your smile is gorgeous!

I use Orowheat Whole Wheat Light bread - 40 cals per slice. It's a nice, dense bread and I really like it. The bread toasts well and works well with egg salad!

My knee pain is from osteoarthritis. My Ortho suggested working on an exercise bike to strengthen muscles around my kneecap. Regular bicycling will also help. If this pain is consistent, please go to see a doctor. You might need support for your knees or use low-impact movement. I like the other posters that said to NOT…

I had to wake up earlier - I used to sleep until 5:30 am, but now am getting up at 5:00 am to get 30 minutes on the exercise bike! You can do this! Good luck!
