I was persuaded to go out for dinner and then the cinema too! I had a cocktail, burger and fries, the works.. But I don't feel so bad about it as this week's challenge is to stay under calorie allowance 5 out of 7 days.. So I'm still on track!

Just to update... Having no problems drinking an extra couple of glasses of water every day (we're having a heat wave in the UK right now so it's really important to do so anyway!) My new exercise is a bit of a cheat.. But I bought a pedometer yesterday so am aiming to take 10,000 steps each day at least. And I've stayed…

OK.. Checking in: Starting weight is 151 pounds on 29 May. Goal is 136 pounds by 28 August (is that the right end date?!) So I'm aiming for a loss of 15 pounds. Is it just me or is this starting to get difficult to follow?! Have been set the challenges yet? Bring it on! :smile:

For me the 'thigh gap' is one of the ways I'm able to monitor my weight.. It can come and go from one month to the next! I'm guessing I'm quite lucky in that respect, just the way I'm built.
