I don't eat meat, so I always need a lot of fish to get up my protein levels. I've always just stuck with 'safe options' like tuna and salmon, but one on my new years resolutions is to try more things! I had some sea bass the other day, which was amazing, so basically I trying to have one fish per week I haven't tried…

I log is as 2.5 leisurely pace too. I always add less time than how long I've actually been out though, as I don't want to think that I've burned off more calories than I actually have.(:

I make sure I keep a 1L bottle where I can see it all day, I find that I drink it without even noticing 'cause its there right in front of me. I drink fruity tea too, which is caffeine free but has some flavour to it.(:
