Trina - instead of cream you could try a vanilla almond or soy milk in your coffee, you'd probably need less sugar too since it'd be a little sweeter. Just a thought I had, never tried it myself :)

Good tips, moody. I need to make myself log on the weekends, that will put things into perspective for me! When you say fast for 24 hours do you mean not eat at all or do you do some sort of cleanse?

One of my fave lunch/dinner options is turkey burgers, side of green veggie or side salad and homemade sweet potato fries. I try to get in 4 servings of veggies and 1-2 servings of fruit a day. Then I just try to keep the rest of my calories coming from lean proteins, whole grains (oatmeal, brown rice), nuts/nut butters and beans. Key word for me is TRY haha! I just started SB Phase 1 today! I had great success with SB about 4 years ago and enjoyed the healthy lifestyle change that I made at that point. I am excited to get back to it but remember how challenging phase one can be.
