When I have to grab something and don't have time for prep, I like to grab a handful of natural almonds with fruit like pear or apple. Hummus and carrots, Plain Greek Yogert with fresh fruit and honey, FF cottage cheese and fruit, whole wheat tortilla with nut butter and flax seed... These are a few that I know of.

LB: That is great. Trying to just avoid sugar to rid myself of cravings would be my ultimate goal. All the veggies, proteins, grains, and fresh fruit is easy, but the sugar... not so easy. I have such a sweet tooth, but by making gradual changes, I'm seeing progress. BG
