At my bariatric center, they discourage protein shakes (pretty much say no protein shakes) They want you to get protein from "real food". But hell, sometimes I don't have time to cook or prepare... Of course I learned this after I bought 2 cases of shakes from Costco

I am Jill. I live in Iowa (moved here 2 years ago from California--DH got a job offer). I just had my pre-op appointment today. My surgery is scheduled at the U of Iowa hospital on August 14th. I am on the 2 week pre-op diet (day 2) and I am taking it one day at a time. Gimme strength

My old cable network had her on demand. I did them, but put them on mute and cranked up my iPod--her voice is grating :) I just moved and we now have direct tv. I hope they have WATP on there
