I used the smooth move tea and it worked for me too. People don't have the same bowel patterns ...so increasing fiber may work for some but it does not for me and many others.

If you feel satisfied and not craving, don't eat them. If you have cravings ..take advantage of the calories.

Try low carb snacks such as breyers low carb ice-cream, sugar free candy when you have these cravings.

I actually heard its no different than any other calorie counting system, just with a big price tag.

I just recently purchased the 5 mile dvd, will start tomorrow with my son. I started doing her workouts on demand with exercise TV but now they are off the air :(

comcast had exercise tv on demand but was removed. I'm so disappointed. I like Jackie Warner, Jillian Michaels (all of her dvds) & leslie sansone.

bacardi and vodka without any additives since as orange juice or cranberry is low in carbs and calories. only have one drink and make it last the night!

Special K bars are cheap and tasty! Tilapia and chicken breast are cheap and you can stretch the meals for a few days.

Yes I love it! especially for foods that give you the calories based on ounces. You know exactly what you are getting.
