Milestone this year (35th birthday), need to lose!
Hey guys! I'm not new to MFP. This program helped me to lose 37 lbs! I'm back because I need to lose 20lbs before my 35th birthday in September! Who else is reaching a milestone this year and want to look fabulous!!?? Let's do this together!

Illinois/Indiana MFPers...Outdoor Cardio
I live in Lynwood, IL---about 30 mins from downtown Chicago and 5 mins from Munster, Indiana. I'm looking for a new spot to ride my bike and jog the trails. I am willing to travel for a good scenery and atmosphere. Any recommedations?

What are your goals during recovery week?
I really don't want to get too "relaxed" during this time..so I'm thinking of working with my trainer again for 3 days during this time. What are your plans? will you just enjoy the time off? And thank GOD we made it thru week 3!!

Burning 700 Calories while sitting @ my desk?
So I have a HRM on because I usually hit the fitness center at my job. Well i took a peek at the Calories burned Mode right before the workout and it said "698 Kcal"?? So, I burned more sitting here than my INSANITY workout early this AM? How could this be??

Starting over after relapse!
HI all, I'm Kesha. I joined 2 weeks ago. I am now committed to make a change. I know that weight loss goals can be reached without fad diets and surgeries.
