Im having the same problem with my knees...im buying a wrap tomorrow...and also different shoes.

I experienced the same problem! in fact I gained .2 lbs!!! I was disappointed but after re-evaluating my diet and exercise regimen..i noticed I wasnt eating the extra calories earned from the workouts. When I began to do so..i start seeing the difference!! So eat those calories up and keep going!

Mine is private...before MFP what I ate on a day to day basis was not shared with the world, I dont see the big deal. I'm just concerned with MY DIARY..no one else!

I really dont think it makes a difference, MDs usually have a nurse of medical assistant in the room with them during invasive procedures.

Yes I doubt it all the time...if the company reveals a particular dish has 800....in the back of my mind--that means 1000!! I do think they subtract calories so the food doesnt look "too bad". They are in the business to sale

side lunges most definitely..longest minute and half in my life!

I do add cardio to my workouts, i alternate between the treadmill for 20-30 mins or my walking dvd.

Just finished level 2 and 3 this AM. Will do my walking DVD later. Our endurance will increase as we move forward..happy shredding everyone!

What lisa said..the program states rest on Sunday, although most of us are doing 30 days straight. Do what is best for you and your body..:smile:
