Yes! I walk about 12-18 miles a week..losing about 2-3 lbs weekly as well..but of course you must eat right and do some strength training! Good luck!

Bump! I found an awesome Trek bike on Craigslist over the weekend for 100 bucks...in almost new condition. You can burn 300 plus calories easily in 30 minutes riding uphill depending on your weight!
