Peanut butter is a tough one for me too....don't even need the crackers.... can eat it right from the jar. My solution, I no longer have it in the house🤐

I agree, most stores in my area are fairly well stocked too, the major exception is most all paper products are in very short supply.

Just a quick note....starting plants from seed is a great idea and can be very rewarding to do, just remember that quite a few of the veggies (store bought) are hybrid varieties and won't produce true to the parent plant. Purchasing packets of seeds from the garden center or grocery store gives you a much better chance for…

There are times and situations where an educated guess is needed. When you prepare the food yourself, you can weigh and measure quite accurately, but when the preparation is out of your hands, an estimate is the best you can hope for.

I see that you use Parmigiano Reggiano frequently......I do too..it's delicious! In the States it's on the expensive side, but well worth it.😋

While it certainly isn't in the same league as homemade Italian dressing, I find that the Great Value (Walmart) zesty Italian dressing works very well for everyday use. The sodium numbers are a little high, but at only 30 cals per tablespoon, it's definitely worth considering.
