I personally wouldn't do them both in the same day....but if you can handle it KUDOS!! If it seems too much, you can alternate days...in fact Jillian Michaels doesn't suggest doing the 30 DS in 30 straight days, but what does she know?!? lol Good Luck!! ;)

Do you take measurements at all?? I also weigh everyday now and it helps me to stay motivated. I KNOW the scale will fluctuate, so that makes me ok with the changes I see! I am starting tomorrow and I hope to see good results as well as feeling better!! Lots of the things you have to eat while doing the challenge are things I typically eat anyhow, it's just a bit stricter (is that a word?! lol)

I had the same problem with my asthma.....I did week 2 over again and week 3 i did an extra day...now my issue is my darn shin splints....I can't even run 2 min without wanting to chop my leg off!! I have tried EVERYTHING short of seeing a doctor to see if there is something more wrong! GL

Thanks everyone!! I only have a few friends on here, so it's nice to post pics and get some encouragement!! I have lost 24 lbs....but the last 5 or so weeks have been VERY SLOW!!! I'm making some adjustments though, so I hope to see more results soon!!
