i have to agree....i used to just squeeze in my workouts....well now i attend Zumba 2 nights a week without even thinking about it! It is on my family calendar, my phone calender, my work calender and it just works!! i have a family with 2 kids, I work full time and go to college full time! i would love to get myself into…

Thanks, I am currently at 1600 and I am eating back my exercise calories on Zumba days because I burn around 650-700 :)

I completely agree with this one!! And it is harder now that the weather is changing,....you have grad parties, cook outs, etc. and it makes it very hard!! I am down on myself about it, I am working on a plan to eat better and drink lighter on weekends to keep myself from going over so much!!

No worries doll....its fixable!! Keeping the foot in the flexed position (esp. overnight) keeps the plantar fascia stretched out and avoiding the pain in the AM or after long periods of not being used when it then tries to stretch out again! :)

I have heel spurs....plantar fasciitis and it sucks....BUT you are not doomed forever!! My doc did a cortisone shot (which I recommend only if you are in SEVERE pain and want an immediate fix)....it is VERY painful and burns like the ****ens!! However it does provide immediate relief. The idea of eating more is scary!! It took me awhile to actually do it!! HOWEVER it was the BEST thing I have ever done...I was stuck in a plateau for almost 2 months, so I upped my calories and in 2 weeks I lost 4lbs! :)
