I'm going for 100 miles this month! :)

I'm joining in on this. I lost a TON of weight in high school through mainly walking and good eating. I've gained about 20lbd back and think it's time for me to go back to basics instead of jumping on every exercise bandwagon. Heading out for an hour long walk in a few! :)

I want to join you! I will be starting today though! No time like the present! :)

I've been needing something that would hold me accountable! This sounds like fun! I'm definitely in! :)

Just finished week 3 day 1! It feels like I'm finally getting somewhere! Keep it up y'all!

So I know it's not much, but I just owned the final day of Week 1. So much so, that I kept running/walking for another half hour. For once, sprints were fun! Who knew? Looking forward to starting week 2! Keep up the awesome work y'all! :)

I just finished w1d2. My the back of my legs are pretty sore, which makes me kind of excited. I decided to start this program because I've longed to be a runner for awhile now, and would love the added benefit of tone legs. I'm definitely going to keep up with this forum because seeing how far everyone else is great…

I'm in!

Sounds great! Congrats on finishing the 30 Day Shred! I will start Friday with you two. I'll add you all so we can keep each other motivated! :)

I just finished a round of the 30DS and I loved it! I lost both weight and inches and being such a short workout, it is totally worthwhile! A lot of people (myself included) do the shred before moving on to RI30. You're just prepared better for the pain she brings in ripped! I started RI30 yesterday but personally wanted…

Thanks! I may take your idea and do the same. Anything to make them get easier! I can't stand the things because I fee so sick after I get done with the move and it throws the rest of the circuit off after that. What was the hardest level for you during RI30?
-
Thanks for the motivation and WTG for doing P90X. That is a HUGE challenge and you're sure to get amazing results! After all the advice I've gotten from this post so far, I'm going to do RI30 right after the Shred. I'm actually kind of looking forward to it. Jillian does great things for me! :)

I know what you mean! I never could really afford a gym membership anyway, but I definitely don't need one with her DVDs. I had seen her on tv before and never really liked her personality but now, I LOVE her! She is awesome and knows what she is talking about!

That's great motivation! Insanity is my ultimate goal. I watch the infomercials all the time and I'm like, "One day!" Lol. I am just going to take it one day at a time though. I'll get there eventually. Thank you! :)

Yay for only 3 days left! Has it really been 30 days already? I think I'm going to give RI30 a go. I've watched/attempted the first level which isn't that bad, but I'm kind of scared to see the other levels! Lol. I HATE the jumping lunges. I definitely do the modified version because I'm not too fond of the idea of tearing…

I'm not really bored with the Shred, just comfortable with it. I still struggle with plank moves but I think RI30 will challenge me and I'll get past that. I mean, it's about pushing yourself, right? Do you like 6 Week 6 Pack? I've heard good things and would like to buy it eventually. Maybe as a reward for finishing RI30?…
-
I upped my weights from 2lbs to 3lbs when I started level 3 and I typically follow the advanced moves for at least one of the reps (mainly plank moves) and then will have to do the second reps in the beginner form. RI30 will be a challenge but I think I'm up for it if I just really push myself!
-
Thanks! I do that a lot... I may give it a try seeing as thats what most people do, it's just those darn planks that kill me and I've heard there is a LOT of plank moves in RI30. But, I'm positive it would help me improve.

20 years young and fairly new to working out and being fit! Feel free to add me so when can keep each other motivated! :)

That is awesome! Congrats on such a great success! :)

I started the 30 Day Shred last Friday, July 20th. I LOVE this program and Jillian is a beast! Lol. Today was my 12th day and level 2 is definitely a challenge but I am already seeing amazing results. I'm not sure of my measurements but I know I've dropped a few because I can see and feel it in my clothes. I've also lost 6…

You look great! I am so impressed by results from this program! It's definitely worth doing! Congrats!

I would also like to add that upon weighing myself this morning, I was down 3 more pounds. That's 6 total since starting! Love it! I would also love some friends on here. I'm not new to MFP, but new to the message boards feel free to add me so we can motivate each other! :)

I started the 30 Day Shred last Friday, July 20th. Today was my first day of Level 2! This first day was hard but SO worth it! I took some pics to compare with day one and plan to do this again on day 20 and then day 30. Just thought I'd go ahead and share my results. The pics aren't that great (sorry so dark!) and the…
