I only want a few to keep up with and support. I'm pretty busy and don't spend a lot of time on here. I try to log in my own stuff every day, but sometimes that's all I have time for. I like to read of others successes, and generally try to post on those.

Wait a minute, is that really you!!!!??? Just kidding, what a (un) huge difference. Congratulations on a well done job!

Glad you're okay! Thank you so much for the helpful tips. I hope the little creep gets caught!

Halloween(the original) was the scariest movie I have ever seen as an adult. I remember coming home from the movie that night, and having to walk upstairs to my bedroom shared with my sisters. Both were asleep when I came up, so I am groping around in the dark, and then one of them was breathing really heavy. I felt scared…

1. To finish remodeling our bathroom 2. To always be able to maintain my weight, once I get to it 3. That I could have wished for more wishes.

Maybe give him one more chance. Possibly, since he's not used to bagging it. I do think apologies are in order, though.

I haven't read all the posts, but hopefully you have found the answer. My experience? I'm 53, and since I've had to diet several times in my life, I never tried to eat back the calories when I was younger. I usually stayed at 1500 calories per day, exercised constantly, and the weight came off. Since I'm older, that…

I think everyone is right on with walking. I used to think it wasn't really an "exercise", but over the years have seen how much better I am at longer distances!
-
You look fabulous! Congratulations!

I don't see how a statement like that can be made! I almost always exercise for more than 60 minutes. For some people, it might be too much, but it probably depends on the person.

My kids get embarrassed around me sometimes, if we are out shopping. Sometimes, the lighthearted feel of a couple of dance steps and a song on my lips is irresistible. My kids would beg to differ.

It is a great story, very inspiring. I'm sure your husband is delighted!

If I'm going to a restaurant that has their menu and nutritional facts on line, I look it up before I go. If not, most restaurants seem to have a lower calorie option menu.

The difference in your hips from the halfway to now is just awesome! You look great!
-
I think you look really good! I'm about 5'6", and I am aiming for 125. About 9 pounds to go. You look very well proportioned, so keep up the good work!

I have always loved to exercise, and feel terrible when I don't get to. It helps me in so many ways other than just keeping my weight down. Varying your exercise routine helps also, in case you get into a rut.

I heard on the news the other day that if stay at home moms were paid, based on a 95 hour work week, they would be paid $114,000 a year! I would like to multiply that by 24! Woo hoo!

Awesome!

You will, of course, have to decide for yourselves, because everybody is going to have different input, pertaining to their situation. My husband and I discussed what we would do when we had children before we had them. I chose to stay at home, and have never regretted it. We did lose some income obviously, but we have…

I put make-up, etc., when I go out for something important, but if it is just an emergency run to the grocery, I always hope I don't see someone I know!

Pretzels are always an option, but you can eat the chips, as long as you factor it into your caloric intake. My kids laugh when I count out 7 chips or something, but it helps me! I had kale chips a few weeks ago....

Nice going!

I had a guy try to sell me some steaks one time while I was pumping gas, so I figure the gas pump is never the place that someone would feel comfortable being approached!

I don't think 90 minutes is all that bad. I don't think moving should be an issue, at this point, on either side. Just go with things the way they are and if you are meant for each other, then you'll know what to do!

I'm really a lazy person, I'm just too busy to act on it!

Hi! I had a Cortisone shot years ago in my foot. I had what is called a Morton's neuroma. The pain was so bad, and when the doctor said "Cortisone" I did a little freak out, but he did it, the pain went away, and I never had any problems after that. Hope this is helpful!
