You could try cutting down on your kids' activities. We didn't have all of that stuff when we were little and we turned out ok. You could do work out DVDs at home with them around. I weigh 145 and burn 220 for level1 and the same for level2--- BUT, I "jump rope" in place while she is explaining all of the moves that I already know.

Also-- have a discussion with your doctor about your anxiety over pain, and simply ask if you can take something before the procedure ( maybe some valium or xanax, or a prescription pain reliever). Just get a ride home!

I really like mine. The only thing that queebs me out a little is that you have to wet the contacts on the belt. I use very warm water. As soon as I get it on, I forget about it. Its just those first few seconds.
