I've been doing lower calories and have not experienced weight loss success. I now plan to pay attention to (and lower) my carbs. I believe and hope this will be a key to losing weight for me (especially since I have impaired glucose tolerance).

My understanding is that everyone is different. For example, my chest doesn't go down, but my legs are the first to go. I would love for my chest to shrink significantly. But it runs in my family, so I don't expect mine to go down as much as I would like.

I have been natural for almost 20 years (with the exception of 2 very short stints with a relaxer - that lasted less than 2 months each). Anyway, the natural works very well for me when it comes to workouts. But I heard that wrapping the hair very tightly with a silk scarf helps.
