B-zaar. Unfortunately, this is one of the reasons I no longer run outdoors. A girl was running a few towns over from me the other night, some sicko hit her on the head, pulled her in an alley and sexually molested her. Luckily, you weren't injured.

I usually work out in the mornings, 3-5 times a week around 6'ish. I find I need about a 1/2 hour to wake up and have a cup of tea before I am ready to work out. Do you work out immediately after getting up? I can do that, but find my performance is not as great if I don't give myself that buffer.

Hi - I'm 5'3", SW 157, GW 125, started in mid-December and would love to achieve my GW by summer time. For my body type I think anything below 125 would be unhealthy.

I joined MFP about a month ago, while I was getting started and getting familiar with the site I set my diary to private. I have found that I like to look at other's diaries to get menu choice inspiration, so have now opened mine up to my friends.

A few years back, my husband was deployed during our first year of marriage. My parents are/were also disfunctional and didn't do anything for the holidays. I stayed in my pajamas and watched the Lord of the Rings Triology. It was a little sad, but just made it my frump day.

I've been smoke-free for 15+ years and still look at as the best gift I could have ever given myself. I won't lie, it was one of the hardest things I ever did, I was a 2.5 pack a day. Hi there - I am 5'3", my current weight is 155. My ideal weight would be 125, but not sure if this realistic as I haven't weighed that since I was 21. I would be happy with 135.
