  • I can do that. I have heard of people texting pictures to friends that they are dieting with so that they have someone to be accountable to and it makes you think about what you are eating since someone else is going to see it.:happy:
  • Now that I think about it before I eat it, it's easier to pass on the fries and soda. I read somewhere that the healthier the food choice the longer you stay full and I have noticed a change.
  • Sweets are my weakness.... I have started to cut out sweets one at a time and I am happy to say that I no longer need that sweet snack after lunch and dinner. Knowing what your weakness are helps you focus on where you can improve.
