thats the problem, this woman is chat best friends with the HR lady. so i feel like i wouldnt be able to say anything to HR without it coming back around to nosey. Their are two other HR women also however i hear how they all talk. I don't trust them. Sadly, I don't trust anyone that works here.

how long did it take you to gain 40 pounds? double that time frame. it comes off at a snails pace. you're doing great.

he's right. you gotta just jump in girl. make a routine for yourself. I pack my gym bag and bring it with me in the morning and head straight to the gym after work. its not a choice, its just part of my day. just go.

i was guess i was a drunkorexic in college... minus the throwing up part...eating one meal on the weekends [fri/sat] drinking a ton of water then binge drinking at night... it happens.... i would eat normally the rest of the week though

it really helps me to plan out my meals for the week on the weekends, for example i'll bake a bunch of chicken breasts on sunday and toss them in a large ziplock bag and throw them in the fridge. This makes it really easy for me to grab one for a salad or a sandwhich whenever i want, i just have to heat it up quick...

I think so, i weigh in at 190 pounds im 5"8 and a size 12. I have a lot of muscle. I work out 5 days a week and take care of myself. According to any BMI chart i am classiflied as overweight. i do not feel i am unhealthy or "fat" but according to any doctor basing my health on BMI, they would say i need to lose 30 pounds.…
