PUT THE SCALE AWAY/ you sound exactly like me. i started weighing every month i find its far less stressful that way
-
1. The scale not reflecting my hard work 2. My defeated attitude as a result 3. Paying for and planning this bachelorette party 4. feeling broke 5. my new housemate, she is a slob and a half.

i was perscribed it, and picked it up but i never started taking it becuase im nervous about the side effects-- i've been doing a lot of reading and seems like celexa is on the safer side of anit depressants that make you gain weight..meaning it doesnt. it shouldnt. but everyone is different and will react to medications…

tea is 99% water, count it

as long as you are eating enough calories its probably fine, however i wouldnt recommend doing this for months at a time, you should probably give your body a break next week...recovery and rest is important too for seeing results :]

who is going to know that you are doing a thiighmaster under your desk?? i've heard of people sitting on those big workout balls instead of their desk chairs you'll be working your core all day./

do you know what the hardest thing about rollerblading is?..
-
i think a lot of people who are out of practice/ new to pushing themselves are unfamilliar with the difference between being sore(good pain), and legit pain, pain thats telling you something is wrong...being sore, which is uncomfortable no doubt! is not good reason to take several days off from moving. not moving is going…
-
pain is weakness leaving the body, get those muscles moving it will make you feel better i swear. lifting, no probably not. squats, no probably not. you should probably opt for a walk/jog or spend some time on a bike or swimming that will stretch you right out. good luck!
