I usually have a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I love this recipe: 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt (Chobani) 2 scoops of Total Lean Vanilla Protein Powder 1/2 cup of frozen berries 1 cup of water It tastes just like a milkshake!
