they do shrink. mine have shrunk a ton.. i see a difference in your pictures myself. now if you mean anything about like cellulite or dimples, then im not sure as im waiting for mine to change haha. ive seen pics before with major improvements.. but i dunno their history. you gotta love your body how it is.. accept it..…

do you have a heart rate monitor? if so then you can add in your own exercise with create a new exercise.. if you are asking what to use to calculate a calorie burned idea.. then i dont know what to tell you because most workouts here are inflated.

its red here i believe.. i used to drink red cream soda when i was a kid.. loved the stuff... but i wouldnt touch it now because why waste the calories.. i could have some really yummy treat instead!
