starting weight 327lbs target weight is 163.5 lbs (i make mini goals at a time then re-evaluate. 300, 250, 200, half my starting weight) & then 150 for now) currently weigh 198.1lbs calories consumed: about 1200 on no excercise days & 1500 on excercise days started my journey on december 12, 2011 (500 days ago today)

if its in your daily calories whats the big deal? you shouldnt deprive yourself of anything. sometimes your body needs a treat...and you work hard for it. enjoy it! now yes, i do feel guilty if its OVER my calorie limits.. but that can be fixed with a little extra exercise.

i had TWO horrible binge days.. two double my calories days... and i did gain from it... but i also lost it back within a week. drink some water. let the guilt go. move on. and start again tomorrow. just do not give up now.

this was my feelings today as well. even after being at this for over a year.. even after losing 125ish pounds.. my excuse was that i have a cold so im excessively hungry.. but seriously.. i was totally binging. and i still wanted more even after feeling guilty. best of luck fighting your demons..

yes it is NOT timed. you will have to do timing on your own. its more of a "fun" run so that people can have the experience of a 5k at their own paces and try it out when they normally wouldnt have. you are welcome to run it and time yourself or walk it. whatever you prefer. its great fun. enjoy.

i have done it twice. its alot of fun. i walked it too. my advice would be spray your entire body NAKED with sunscreen before the run because it makes it easier to get all the color off. even under 4 layers i have gotten so much color on my skin haha. close your mouth in the color zones & possibly try to hold your breath…

i've strictly stuck to the calories. i do try to eat healthier then what i used to. i also eat back my excercise calories. i know alot of people dont agree with that but that is what works for my body. test out different options to find what works for you. best of luck on your own journey.
