Ooops, totally forgot about todays challange, and had a granola bar at lunch! Probably would have been ok, if it didnt have the choclate chips in it! LOL Oh Well! Tomorrow will be hard, I have to push for 1 or 2 glasses of water, never mind 10!

So far so good! Did Monday and Tuesday, today I didn't do the 3 miles...I only did 1 mile but then I did other exercises afterwards instead and I came up only 42 calories burned SHORT of what I would have done if I walked the 3 miles. So, I think that should count for something...:ohwell:

I'm in too! Just started up my account yesterday. I currently am at 141lbs. Striving for 1lb, 1/2 per week so 5lbs may be a bit much, but will definitely give it a try. Especially since my kids and I have plans to do some xmas baking for company on Xmas day, and to give out as gifts! Hmm. Some willpower will be needed…
