I'll take caffeine pills when I need a little extra boost, cheap and easy. I think 80 count of 200mg pills is under 4 bucks at wal mart. I've taken other supplements before workout (jack3d was the latest) but found I get used to them pretty quickly.

If you search strength under cardio it will bring up "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)". I use that to log mine. EDIT - Beat to it.
