I really agree with this post. Water is so important. I am diabetic and it is what keeps my blood sugar in check. I am finding many people who tell me they are thirsty all the time and wonder if they are diabetic. Like it was stated before, if you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You look great. You are motivating. I want to look like that again. I am 45 and I have not looked like that since before kids, almost 20 years ago. I want to look and feel good about myself again. Thanks for the pics.

My physical therapist showed me something called the pretzel stretch. I have to virtually do it every day so I can walk without pain. I will be having surgery this summer after school is out. I have a fractured vertebrae. Also, the elliptical is the only equipment I can use. I am encouraged not to walk too much. Funny huh?…

It allows 4 people to track their weight loss. Also, dedicate yourself to logging everything you eat every day. I have a new…

This seems to help me, too. I weigh every day, but I really only count the weigh in on Monday mornings.
