Great idea! I often make pepperoni chips for a low carb snack by sandwiching pepperoni slices between paper towels and microwaving for about a minute. The fat melts and is absorbed by the paper towel leaving a crispy "pepperoni chip" They are delicious and I often wonder why you just cant buy them that way in the store.…
