Try adding protein for breakfast. Eat 5-6 small "meals" a day. I have lost 58 lbs since January 4th by doing this. I eat oatmeal and a banana for breakfast with 1/2 cup of fruit. No drinking here. I did not see it growing up. Tried it in college but have not had a drink in over 23 years.

Can't wait to try this! I have been craving chips and salsa since I started trying to lose weight in January. 12 chips and salsa is about 180 calories.
