  • cool whip is an edible oil chemical laden product, i think i woudl just stick with ice cream and really watch serving size- you can have 1/4 cup chapmans cookies and cream for only 75 calories, and its really good, and satisfies my cravings!
  • If you are using a fruit tea, or decaf tea instead of a regular black tea, then yes you can count it as water, so long as you dont sweeten it with anything calorific!

  • The less weight you have to lose the slower it seems to come off, also inches are what matters most, you are likely transforming your body, and muscle weighs more then fat!
  • thats awesome, this has frustrated me a lot too, they dont really have anything accurate, for babywearing, or pushing a stroller, i think that walking brisk pace pushing a doubel ( 80 pound stroller ) has got to be pretty substantial- but the pushing stroller option was way way low on cal, so i just logged my speed. I wish…
  • Keep in mind that muscle weights more then fat, and also that water weight fluctuates a lot- its not unusual when starting a new work out to maintain, or even gain a little at first before your body levels off and starts to lose- if your losing .5 a week you are doing great! slow and steady losses are maintainable!
  • im sure its been said, but you wanna make sure your NET calories are never under 1200, so if you are eating 1600 and burning 1000, you need to eat another 600 to put you at net 1200- eat more, lose more- good luck~!
