  • Hi - I'm 5'10" and i'm struggling to shed some weight. I can sympathize with the short jeans issue - I feel like tags are misleading when they say "long". I am looking for a good support system and talking with women who are going through the same things seems to make sense. How have you all found encouragement?
  • Hi - I'm 5'10" and currently at 170. I would like to be closer to 145-150. A few years back I was around 120 which was really unhealthy for me. It's been a long journey. I've been tracking my food/excercise for about three weeks and it's hard to stay motivated when you're not seeing results. Any advice?
