yup I did that during the first phase. Phase 2 I did cardio1 & 2 back to back half of the time. phase 3 ughhhh I BARELY can complete the whole workout. ( excuse my language, English is my second one)

Thank you this is really informative. you know is just I have this feeling of guilt if i wanna take rest, even for one day. I think I've become addicted to these workouts.

much much easier than workout 3 a bit challenging that's all. I used 3 kg weights = 6.6 pounds

hello there, this is my first round of BR week 3 workout 3 It was so very tough for me, all the planks pushups. I only did 50% of the exercises correct .
