  • Yes, just keep at it. It really does take so much time and dedication. I started at the end of January and have only lost 6 pounds. But I will be so happy now if I lose another 6 by April and and then another 5 by May, I will be where I want to be. You can do it!
  • What is your diet? It doesn't matter how much activity you have if you are not eating the right foods. And focus more on food with nutrients that worrying so much about calories. Try to stay away from fast food and processed food. Eat fresh as much as possible.
  • Congrats! You can really see a difference! I started working out again and have been taking it very seriously! I needed to lose 18 pounds and have lost 7 so far. I feel so much better physically and mentally. This is the second best thing I could have done for myself after quitting smoking 14 months ago. Here's to a better…
  • I really believe that if you stop eating the sugar your body with stop craving it. I can attest to it because it's worked for me. I absolutely LOVE ice cream and it's part of the reason I gained 12 pounds over the winter. I have started really watching what I eat and have basically stopped eating sweets, except for a piece…
  • Just keep up the good work. It really does take time to see results. It took 5 weeks of eating good and working out for me to notice any weight loss. I'm still only down 4 pounds but I can definitely tell my clothes are fitting better.

I am on my fifth week of working out (at least three or four times a week) and I am not going to stop. The advice really helps!! Thanks!
  • I go to work at 6:15 or 6:30 every day so I go after work. I have a desk job so it feels good to move my body after sitting all day. I'm usually home by 6:30 or 7 and then I have the rest of the evening to do whatever I want.
  • I am going through the same thing. But everyone keeps telling me to give it time and that you gain muscle. Even though the scale is not moving, my clothes are fitting slightly better. Just keep going and don't give up! Also, try to stay away from processed and fast food.
  • CONGRATULATIONS!!
  • Congratulations! That is just amazing. YAY for you!! Keep up the good work!
  • I definitely think alot has to do with the food you are eating. I watched a doctor on TV talk and he said people really need to stay away from processed foods. Try to limit your diet to salads (watch the dressings), fresh vegies, fresh fruit, nuts, fresh meat. Check out my food diary. I have been making some awesome…
