It's not a meal replacement. It comes in capsule form, and powdered juice form (to add to water), and you take it twice a day along with exercise and low calorie diet. Kind like a metabolism booster to help you lose weight faster.

We all have our journeys, however different our goals and numbers may be. Sometimes my friends focus only on their goals because they feel they have more to lose, but that doesn't make my journey any easier either. Remind your sister-in-law that we are all in this together with a common goal of being healthy and happy.

It's true. I won't feel good about the way I look until I reach that number, because I know I looked good when I used to be that number. But sometimes, the numbers can be dangerous as we begin to obsess over them, or get upset when we can't reach an unrealistic goal.
