I try do to it each morning, otherwise I will get off track really easily. Some people say I'm too obsessive, but I know if I do it every week, I won't know how I'm doing, and I'm more likely to slip up.

baahaha. I am...sorta. Reception requires answering the phones and other sitty-type things. I WAS climbing stairs all day, but with 2 hours left in the day, I was forced to sit at the oh so quiet reception desk when all the partners and big wigs got to leave. Everytime the phone rings, it jolts me awake and I get so…

Yeah, I always used my Wii board, then it stopped working On Dec. 29th, and I stopped weighing myself and got a rather nasty shock after new year's. Maybe I should go back to using the wii fit... I can compare it to another scale (like at my doctor's) and use whichever one is most accurate to that.

heehee, that's okay. I get the name confused sometimes. I did slim fast for a while too, to quickly shed pounds. It kinda worked. but I was hungry all the time.

My digital scale is all wonky. I had to weigh myself 6 times and waited til I got the same numbers 3 times in a row, because the first three times I was a difference of 1 pound each time.
